Farmers Market in Santa Teresa

Every Saturday at 3pm there is a farmers market that takes place right next to Playa Carmen Restaurant. Local vendors arrive to sell their own production foods, from baked goods (La Vida Dulce is a must try; you cannot go wrong, everything is absolutely delicious. When I was pregnant with my second kiddo, I had La Vida Dulce baked goods delivered to my house every week. I will just leave you with that.) through fresh bread to middle eastern foods, and salsas, spices or sauces. Also, there is always a fresh farm stand with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits that have been grown organically locally. Besides everything food, there are also local artists and makers that often come to the farmers market to sell their products- clothing, jewelry, art or cosmetics (my other favorite is an organic cbd-infused cream, crème de la crème, made with essential oils, cacao & shea butter; it is great to replenish your skin after the sun, or to help it heal or repair small skin ailments). With that said, there are also some on-going beach stands that are located right by the beach in front of Playa Carmen Restaurant that offer a selection of handmade, local (and some Chinese) products. Hope to see you at the Farmer’s Market!
