HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
Text or use our order form to tell us what you need, when and where. We deliver and set everything up, if needed. We give you instructions or show you how it works. *We do not install car seats due to liability. Delivery and pick up times vary between. We are happy to work with each client individually to meet their needs.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
We have a 3 day minimum rental period. However, we can possibly accommodate a one day rental for certain situations, such as party rentals, etc. If you are interested in a 1 or 2 day rental, reach out directly to confirm availability and possibility to do so.

DISCOUNTS
Discounts available on bookings during off season. Also, if your top choice product is not available, we will be happy to work with you to find a suitable substitution. Colors and brands might differ from what is pictured.

DELIVERY FEES
All of our orders are hand-delivered. The delivery fee is $25 for round trip delivery and pickup within Mal Pais – Santa Teresa and Playa Hermosa for orders placed at least 48h prior to delivery. There are additional fees for deliveries beyond these towns. There is an additional $25 fee for same-day or next-day orders. *Please note that same day, and next day orders might not be possible during high season.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery and pick up times We are very flexible in our delivery times and can drop off all equipment at a requested time. We love meeting each of our clients personally and ask for a 48 hour notice on time of arrival. If your family is arriving late (after 10pm) we can arrange to drop off the equipment beforehand with the property management company or hotel.

OUR PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of booking or at the latest, at the time of delivery of the gear. We are holding your items for you and are not making the items you’ve reserved available to other potential customers, therefore, we do not issue refunds. At this point, we accept cash, venmo and paypal as method of payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We do require a 48h cancellation notice during the high season. If you cancel within 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged. If you do cancel your order 1-2 days prior to delivery, you will be responsible for 1-2 days of rental equipment charges, depending on when the cancellation occurred. We do not issue refunds.

QUALITY AND CONDITION OF THE GEAR
All of our equipment is carefully chosen, and most of our items are top ranked for safety, performance and quality on the US market. Our gear is in great to good condition. All gear is thoroughly cleaned between the customers, and inspected to ensure it is safe and functioning properly.

INCLUDED WITH A CRIB RENTAL
Our full size and convertible cribs are made of real hardwood (some rent cribs differ, so please ask if you are curious what type of crib you will receive) and offer the most comfort and familiarity to your traveling family. The sides do not drop down, but the cribs come with a quality, firm mattress that is suitable for infants to large toddlers, and single fitted sheet that has been sanitized and washed.
LIABILITY FOR RENTED GEAR
We expect all equipment will be returned in working order. Please inspect the equipment as soon as you receive it and contact us if you believe there are any defects. The renter is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay for any replacements needed. You are responsible for the gear once it is delivered to you, and it must be returned in the condition it was received. If items are returned to us damaged or extra dirty (including vomit or diaper explosions, excessive food or liquid stains, vomit or diaper stains or smoke smell) you will be charged an additional detail cleaning fee of $25-$50 per item (depending on the item). In the event that an item cannot be fully cleaned, you will be charged the fair market value to replace the item. Products must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. If we receive equipment that can no longer be used, we will charge a ‘damage fee’ listed on your contract, on top of the rental fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe something is damaged so you are not liable for the rental days of broken equipment. We do not issue refunds, so if we do not hear from you, we will not be able to compensate you for not working equipment.
